Our writing separates what is established about a grape, region or technique from what still needs checking. We do not invent producers, prices, tastings or partnerships, and we do not speak for any wine merchant or venue.
Our approach is educational. Each guide explains the reasoning behind a pairing, a tasting method or a storage habit, and encourages responsible consumption at every step.
